I am a compassionate and purpose-driven Human Services professional committed to helping individuals, families, and communities heal, grow, and thrive. For more than two decades, I have served in schools, hospitals, correctional facilities, and community organizations, supporting people through some of the most challenging moments of their lives.
With a Ph.D. in Human Services from Albizu University, I blend academic insight with hands-on experience in mental health counseling, crisis intervention, substance abuse recovery, and trauma-informed care. My work at Jackson Memorial Hospital, Aventura Hospital, and Miami-Dade County Public Schools has allowed me to provide care that restores dignity and strengthens hope for thousands of individuals and families.
Beyond clinical work, I am passionate about community education and empowerment. As a Youth Mental Health First Aid Instructor and Adjunct Professor at Florida Memorial University, I’ve guided students, parents, and professionals to recognize mental health needs early and respond with empathy and effectiveness.
Fluent in English and Haitian Creole, I proudly serve South Florida’s diverse communities with respect for every culture and story. Whether I’m providing direct support, mentoring new professionals, or collaborating with community partners, my goal remains the same: to build healthier, more resilient communities—one person at a time.
