Verum et Accuratus (Latin for True & Accurate) is an Independent Verification Body, on a mission to harness Information and Communications Technology (ICT) to integrate and streamline comprehensive monitoring, reporting, and verification (MRV) processes — supporting the shipping, industrial, and aviation sectors in achieving their greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions reduction and Environmental, Social, and Corporate Governance (ESG) targets.

Founded in Cyprus on March 15, 2022, as True & Accurate Ltd (Reg. No. HE 432119), Verum et Accuratus represents a proactive response to the global call to combat climate change and build a more sustainable future for generations to come.

Verum et Accuratus is currently accredited by the Hellenic Accreditation System (ESYD) (Accreditation Certificate No. 1437) as an Independent Validation and Verification Body, under the terms of ELOT EN ISO/IEC 17029:2019 and ISO 14065:2022, for the following scope of accreditation:

1 . Independent Verification of GHG emissions from maritime transport, in accordance with:

  (Regulation (EU) 2015/757 and applicable Delegated & Implementing Regulations)

• EU ETS Regulation

• FuelEU Maritime Regulation

2 . Independent Verification of Organizational-Level GHG Emissions & Removals, in accordance with:

3. Independent Validation/Verification of Project-Level GHG Emission Reductions or Removal Enhancements, in accordance with:
